At Hanner Machine Co., we’re a full service manufacturer of precision hydraulic cylinders for a variety of heavy industries; we also provide hydraulic cylinder repair services to augment our manufacturing capabilities. A one-stop-shop we fully manufacture all of our products in-house, in our 20,500 square foot Madisonville, Kentucky facility. We’ve been specializing in the manufacture, repair, upgrading, and refurbishment of hydraulic cylinder for over 35 years.

Working with virtually any style of steel hydraulic cylinder, such as conventional, long wall, air-oil, single and double and acting styles. With cylinder configurations such as single and multi-stage, load holding and single end port, bumpers, cushions, and diaphragm, as well as double end and hollow rod, square barrel, and telescoping. Our fully equipped machine shop can accommodate cylinders up to 30’ in length, and 20” in diameter and all welding is performed by AWS certified welders.
